Congratulations SABEL LABS on being awarded the PVC’s research group award.
SABEL Labs grew out of the Sports and Biomedical Programme of the Centre for Wireless Monitoring and Applications at Griffith University and while contained within the School of Engineering has partners in Applied Psychology, School of Biomechanics and Business school (Innovation). As a member of the Queensland Sports Technology Cluster it reaches into the wider local and international community and is well known for its applied research and development within the elite sports as well as the consumer sporting market.
Last Wednesday, we held the PVC SEET Excellence Awards in the Sir Samuel Griffith Centre. It was a great opportunity to recognise and celebrate the success and contribution of a number of SEET Staff in research, learning and teaching, general staff service and health and safety.
