The 6th Asia-Pacific Congress on Sports Technology aims to provide an international forum for scientists, engineers and educators from around the world who are involved in sports technology research, development and innovation. The Congress also aims to actively engage with the sporting industry through site visits and specialist workshops.
This is an international event in the field of sports technology, organised bi-annually in the Asia-Pacific region. The Congress has been held in Australia, Japan, Singapore and the USA over the last decade and in 2013 heads to Hong Kong. Participants will be able to present and discuss the latest trends and findings and learn about the state-of-the-art in their particular field(s) of interest. A broad range of topics and application areas have been devised to reflect the interdisciplinary nature of the Congress.
All papers accepted for the Congress are double-blind peer-reviewed by international experts and will be published by Elsevier in a hardback book under the Procedia Engineering series, which is referenced on Scopus and other relevant referencing outlets.
